The Summerhouse specialises in bespoke wedding flowers, offering all kinds of floral design. From corsages and flower crowns to floral arches and urns overflowing with an abundance of blooms, we’re passionate about making your day look and feel special using beautiful flowers with exquisite details. Your wedding is unique, so every design created is completely bespoke. We are always happy to incorporate personal touches, such as a favourite flower or a bloom that featured in your mother’s bouquet. We use the finest materials throughout our work and every detail is carefully thought out, right down to the finishing touches like beautiful silk ribbon and lace. To enhance the overall look of your wedding flowers, we also have a collection of vessels, candlesticks, planters and vases which we’re constantly adding to.
– HOW WE WORK –
It all begins with an informal consultation over a coffee or a phone call to discover more about your vision for the big day. We’ll advise you about what’s in season or on trend and suggest the best flowers and foliage to achieve your desired look. I can show you photos of my previous work as well as look through any pictures that have inspired you from bridal magazines or websites. I’m also happy to visit the venue with you to discuss ideas in situ.
The next stage is about turning those initial ideas into something more visual. We will produce a bespoke proposal which includes a detailed mood board to help you visualise your wedding flowers e.g. colours, pictures of arrangements and flower combinations, samples of ribbon, etc.
On your wedding day, I’ll provide full installation and delivery. Your bouquets and buttonholes will arrive beautifully presented and you’ll be free to prepare for your ceremony while I take care of everything else.
